Spatial transcriptomic profiling at single-cell resolution, utilising multiplex immunofluorescence to achieve cell segmentation. Commercially available human/mouse 1000-plex, 6000-plex and 18,000-plex panels are available, which can be supplemented with user-determined custom RNA probesets. Data is uploaded to the AtoMx Analysis platform and can be exported for offline analysis where needed. Bioinformatic advice can be provided by the team. |
