Co-ordinated University bids

Certain funding calls require a co-ordinated response - this might be because:

  • The call is cross-divisional and needs to be advertised centrally so as to reach all potential applicants.
  • The call is strategically important to the University and requires a managed response.
  • The funder has capped application numbers meaning that an internal selection process is required. By way of example, the following opportunities typically require an internal selection process because of funder application caps: UKRI FLFs, NERC Pushing the Frontiers, BBSRC Alert.

If you are interested in applying for a co-ordinated bid, please read the relevant call notice, which will provide full details of Oxford’s process and whom to contact for further information.
