Trusted Research is a dynamic landscape - University research is increasingly viewed as having a significant impact on national security, and international collaborations are under intensified scrutiny. Do you know what the challenges are for international collaborations in your department?
The UK Government uses a range of measures to address security risk from research, including legislation (such as Export Control, the National Security and Investments Act, and the National Security Bill), and risk management advice.
The Research Services Trusted Research team supports compliance and safeguarding the integrity of the University’s vital international collaborations. We invite University staff to join the Pro-Vice Chancellor (Research) to learn how this changing landscape might affect you or the activities within your department. This is an in-person event.
