Medium-plex (800-gene) bulk transcriptomic analysis of up to 12 samples simultaneously, using commercial or custom panels. Benefits from minimal hands-on time. Direct probe hybridisation to RNA transcripts means even degraded RNA (e.g. from FFPE tissue) can be analysed, without amplification bias. Straightforward downstream analysis using free-to-download proprietary software or offline using R. |
