The 2017–18 research funding metrics report for sector comparisons of success rates is now available.
This report shows an analysis of the Research Councils’ success rate data as published in Times Higher Education. If all Research Council success rate data are combined Oxford received the 6th largest funder market share of 4.51% (£53m) in FY 2017–18. Overall the value of awards by the Research Councils in FY 2017–18 was down by £110.7m compared to FY 2016–17.
