Open beam mapping XRF system used for establishing elemental distributions across the surface of flat objects and elemental spot analyses on non-flat surfaces. Partially portable, but can only be used in areas that have been risk assessed by the University's RPO and in accordance with radiation local rules. For use by trained workers who have undertaken University basic radiation open source training under the direction of University employees with Radiation Protection Supervisor status. |
