The outline call for the next round of the Leverhulme Research Centres has been announced with submissions due by 7 June 2024. Given the scale of the centres and the need for substantial institutional support, the Leverhulme Trust has confirmed that this round of the competition will not be open to institutions that already host two Leverhulme Research Centres - this includes the University of Oxford.
However, although Oxford will not be able lead an application for this round of the competition, Oxford is able to partner on applications that are led by other universities. As Oxford is permitted to partner on multiple applications, there will be no internal selection process.
