State-of-the-art Focussed Ion Beam SEM (FIB-SEM) for volume SEM imaging of resin-embedded biological samples. It is also capable of fine milling and lift-outs of materials and biomaterials using the Omniprobe Micromanipulator. The 4700F is equipped with multiple electron detectors and a single channel Platinum Gas Injection System. |
