The University is increasing the availability and visibility of routes for researchers to raise concerns related to equitable treatment and research practice, outside their management structure and in confidence.
Examples of the processes and outcomes that follow such reporting will be made visible on the University webpages, following the example of those concerning research integrity.
Furthering this action currently rests on successful recruitment within the Equality and Diversity Unit (EDU).
