Communicating policy and best practice

The University’s commitments to the wellbeing and development of all staff members are not as visible as they could be, especially to fixed-term researchers coming from institutions across the world.

Oxford uses dedicated webpages to communicate the support that can be expected from the University and the actions expected of fixed-term researchers, academic line managers, Principal Investigators and other employees. A key focus is to share best practice widely within and beyond the University.
